Our Mission
Driving awareness and action in schools, families and communities on how to move from food insecurity to food security.
As such, Siyakholwa Support Care Centre concentrates its efforts in marginalised communities serving “the poorest of the poor”.
We aim to empower the young, disabled and elderly through skills acquiring programmes to realise their full potential and achieve better living circumstances.
To create partnerships between vulnerable households and caring people to combat the malnutrition which, when suffered by children, undermines the nation’s health, education and economic potential.

Siyakholwa Support Care Centre’s aim is to create a generation of youth positively empowered with Godly Character and positive habits; collaborating to make the world a better place and sustain it.
We want to see a South Africa where malnutrition and poverty no longer undermine the nation’s health and economic state.

What We Do
- Child protection and youth participation programmes.
- Community capacity development & quick start community improvement programmes.
- Information and communication policy, planning, monitoring , support unit and security to protect children, women and counterparts.
- Coordination of basic education.
- Water and environmental sanitation for health, growth and nutrition.
- HIV/aids prevention and control education and information programmes.
